Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager to spearhead and oversee sales initiatives throughout the APAC region.
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through an established network of current and prospective clients;
- Formulate an annual sales strategy accompanied by a monthly review framework;
- Provide updates on account statuses and transaction activities;
- Analyze sales performance metrics;
- Possess in-depth product knowledge to develop a compelling value proposition;
- Coordinate product trials, client meetings, demonstrations, and promotional events to capitalize on sales opportunities;
- Prepare regional sales budgets and devise a comprehensive sales plan targeting key accounts;
- Deliver weekly sales reports and updates on sales progress;
- Address customer feedback and manage product approval processes;
- Propose strategies to enhance sales performance and pinpoint growth opportunities;
- Provide insights on ongoing projects and developments for key accounts;
- Keep abreast of competitors' pricing strategies, activities, and product offerings.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales or account management;
- Experience managing regional sales accounts, including distributors and end-users;
- Thorough understanding of regional markets related to Quick Service Restaurants and Meat Processing sectors;
- Comprehensive knowledge of competitive dynamics and the ability to implement successful strategies;
- Self-motivated, a strong team player, and customer-oriented;
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to collaborate effectively;
- Capable of delivering client-centered solutions tailored to customer needs;
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
