Job Title: Channel Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Account Manager to join our team at PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through our channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring their needs are met and their business objectives are supported.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential channel partners and assess their compatibility with our product portfolio.
  • Track sales performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies to ensure consistent revenue growth across the partner network.
  • Present and create awareness of our cybersecurity solutions and product portfolio to channel partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to sell effectively.
  • Deliver engaging product training sessions, webinars, and workshops to help partners understand the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Keep partners informed of new product launches, industry trends, and competitive advantages through regular communication.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product management, and customer support to provide channel partners with the resources and tools they need to succeed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop co-branded campaigns and joint marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive demand.
  • Assist channel partners in pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations, customer meetings, and proposal development.
  • Participate in joint sales calls and meetings with partners to assist in closing key opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in channel management, account management, or partner management, preferably within the IT or cybersecurity sector.
  • Proven track record of working with channel partners, resellers, or distributors to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry or related technology verticals will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner ecosystems, and how to drive business through indirect sales channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
