We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies across the Asia Pacific region.
About the RoleThe Business Development Lead will lead and coordinate major strategic projects within the core business, ensuring their strategic fit and track project success. They will also support functional leads in project execution and foster market-oriented governance functions by ensuring the implementation of market-related contractual agreements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and continuously evolve market development approaches based on identified market potentials and local requirements
- Steer market-directed project portfolios, ensuring their strategic fit and track project success
- Lead and coordinate major strategic, cross-functional market development projects
- Co-lead annual business plan processes, supporting the implementation of corporate strategy objectives and market-specific business development strategies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in business administration or a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business development, management consulting, or a related business area
- Previous experience with premium automotive, preferably on OEM or wholesale level
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Well-established project and multi-stakeholder management skills, with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A willingness to work in a multicultural environment and travel within the Asia Pacific region
