**OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION**:
As part of the regional marketing team, the Regional Marketing Manager Industry is responsible for developing and managing key industrial accounts across Asia-Pacific, ensuring long-term business growth and strong customer relationships. The role requires close collaboration with local industry sales teams in various countries, supporting them in strategic account management and regional business development.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work closely with local industry sales teams across Asia-Pacific to develop and implement key account strategies, ensuring alignment with regional and global business objectives. - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at major industrial customers across multiple countries.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities, expanding product portfolios and market share within key industrial accounts.
- Act as a regional point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring seamless coordination between local sales teams, marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse regional market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, providing insights to support business development.
- Support local sales teams in contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial discussions to secure favourable agreements.
- Facilitate the successful launch of new customer projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and reports on key account performance, market developments, and business opportunities.
- Leverage deep understanding of industrial business culture across Asia-Pacific to foster strong collaboration between regional teams and global key account managers.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- At least Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Economics or Business Administration - At least 6 years of experience in Surface Treatment Industry with at least 2 years at Field and at least 3 years in Marketing.
- Team player with prior experience in project management
- Highly entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills
- Willingness to travel and support globally
