
Senior Marketing Manager, Asia-pacific

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Asia-Pacific Marketing and Communication team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving pipeline generation and revenue acceleration with regional B2B marketing campaigns. Working closely with regional sales and solution leaders, you will design Go-to-Market plans supporting the region’s ambitions. You will develop and drive targeted enterprise marketing campaigns to generate awareness, quality pipeline on IT, IoT and network connectivity solutions, and move prospects through the sales cycle. With our customers’ needs in mind and a good understanding of the Asia-Pacific IT service integration and enterprise landscape, you will frame attractive value propositions and orchestrate campaigns to promote them.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy end-to-end demand generation marketing campaigns generating pipeline for enterprise IT solutions, across Asia-Pacific
- Identify market opportunities and develop Go-to-Market strategies supporting the company’s priorities and targets
- Orchestrate content creation necessary to support demand-generation campaigns
- Track, analyse and report results and ROI of marketing campaigns; optimise campaigns and prioritise investment accordingly
- Engage and maintain direct alignment with Sales and cross-functional teams, from planning to campaign execution and follow up, to maximise campaign ROI, pipeline and win rate of target accounts
- Support the regional leadership with their strategic planning, providing market intelligence and analysis on solution domains to optimise the growth strategy
**about you**:
Key requirements:
- Track record in developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns for technology solutions or services, leveraging digital and in-person tactics
- Understanding of the IT and/or enterprise telecom landscape
- Experience in Account-based Marketing (ABM) would be a plus
- Ability to leverage data to guide planning and targeting decisions, analyse and optimise campaign performance
- Strategic thinking, ability to come up with solid strategies aligned to business needs and delivering tangible results
- Strong project management and planning skills
- Strong collaborative skills
- Proactive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Over 10 years of B2B Marketing, business development or sales experience in the IT and/or Telecom industry
