About This Opportunity

You will play a crucial role in driving MUFG's regional ESG strategy, working closely with the APAC Head of ESG Strategy, Products and Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of MUFG's sustainable finance data management for APAC
  • Consolidate ESG deal information and create smart dashboards to help the team achieve its KPIs
  • Create high-quality strategy decks for stakeholder communication effectively showcasing MUFG's sustainable finance initiatives and achievements in APAC
  • Keep track and take ownership of regular management reporting on EFD's key initiatives, progress updates, and industry developments
  • Enhance MUFG's market presence by supporting sustainability events and participation in industry forums
  • Ensure all business/ESG risks are managed with zero tolerance on compliance/regulatory matters
Requirements
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in any discipline
  • At least 1 year of internship/experience in business analyst/project management/banking and finance (for Analyst)
  • At least 3 years of experience in business analyst/project management/banking and finance (for Associate)
  • Excellent Power Point and presentation skills
  • Strong data analytics skills to handle large volumes of data and derive smart conclusions
  • Knowledge in Tableau, Excel (including VBA/Macros)
  • Excellent English language communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to structure deliverables in a coherent manner
  • Interests/passion for ESG and/or ESG finance
  • Keen to read research papers and keep up with the latest innovations
