About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partnering Director to join our team in APAC. As a trusted adviser and executive coach, you will partner with the Regional CEO and Country Heads as well as the broader Regional Leadership team.

Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the HR Business Partnering & Ops function end-to-end, supported by an experienced team of HR Business Partners & Generalists. You will drive annual HR processes such as Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation and Bonus Review.

Requirements
  • Experience working in professional services (consulting, advisory) and/or Fintech experience with a combination of big global MNC best practice as well as lean/start-up experience is preferred.
  • Able to navigate a high-touch regional boutique/partnership model via excellent stakeholder management and collaboration.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
