We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Account Executive to join our Salesforce Singapore PTE. LTD. team in ASEAN. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage the untapped potential of Service Cloud by partnering with existing account owners and driving revenue growth through penetration of the existing customer base and development of new opportunities.

Job DescriptionThis role will be responsible for formulating and implementing a strategic sales approach within an assigned region, focusing on Service Cloud product sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, experience selling complex solution stacks, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute successful campaigns across Service Cloud Field Service, Digital Engagement & install base, prospects, and whitespace.
- Persuade new leads from prospecting efforts and collaborate with others in thoroughly qualifying leads and sales opportunities.
- Leverage business from new and established relationships.
- Strategize, negotiate, and close business deals.
- Understand the commercial aspects of the Service Cloud solution.
- Exceed an annual sales quota by running a full sales cycle to address client problems and transform their business related to their contact center needs.
- Enable and educate internal teams to ensure they can successfully seek Service Cloud opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Achiever - Proven success achieving set sales targets and familiar with complex deal cycles.
- Passion for Services - Experience selling similar solution stacks, or management positions in the customer service industry, or a subject matter expert.
- Strategist - Able to develop and execute strategies, bringing everyone along on the journey.
- Value selling - Demonstrated experience in uncovering customer needs, curious and always asking 'why' to unlock how Service Cloud can add value to the customer.
- Team seller - Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive the best outcomes for the customer and Salesforce.
- Trusted partner - Passion for working with customers and guiding them on the Salesforce Customer Journey.
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 80,000 - 120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
