The Enterprise Account Manager,Platform Cloud role focuses on the custom enterprise businessapplication development and securing the platform. The EnterpriseAccount Manager will formulate and execute sales strategy within anassigned region, drive revenue growth by driving demand in thecurrent customer base, and develop new customers in the enterprisespace.

As a trusted advisor, you are the personwith the expertise in Enterprise, Business and TechnologyArchitecture that can match customer needs to the capabilities ofthe Salesforce Platform. You will articulate the business value ofthe solution through executive level time to value, ROI and TCOpresentations. In addition to the excellent sales skills, theEnterprise Account Manager, Platform Cloud should possessapplication development, implementation or IT expertise incombination with exceptional customer management experience at theC-level. Working closely with the entire Account team and Partnersto drive the customer relationship and alignment at all levels inorder to execute the overall account strategy is key to yoursuccess.

Responsibilities:
- Consistent over-achievement of sales goals.
- Familiarwith Specialist GTM
- Develop & execute Platformsales plans & cycles.
- Understand a company'sbusiness strategy and define an architecture and solution tosupport that strategy with the capabilities of the SalesforcePlatform.
- Discover, qualify, strategize, solution,negotiate & close.
- Generate business in newcustomers and within the installed base.
- Must be ableto forecast sales activity and revenue achievement
- Workwithin an account team matrix, leading decision makers &influencers towards identifying their Customer Company vision byevangelizing the capabilities of Salesforce Platform
-Work with product management to distill key functionality andbenefits into core business valuemessages.

RequiredSkills:
- Minimum 5-7 years of solutionselling in software.
- Extensive experience selling tolarge enterprise customers in ASEAN
- Expertise andexperience dealing with large and complex accounts at the mostsenior IT and business levels.
- Executive-levelcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability toprioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively underpressure.
- Working knowledge of the software developmentprocess and of software design methodologies (coding experience isnot required, but is useful).
- Proven ability to workwell as part of an extended sales team.
- Extensivebackground in technology and platform solutions such as applicationdevelopment, database, business intelligence, integration,internet.
- Experience developing and presenting businessvalue, time to money, ROI,TCO.

DesiredSkills:
- Knowledge of Salesforce productand platform features, capabilities, and best use.
-Expertise in IT, Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture,Technical Architecture.
- Experience and knowledge ofSalesforce competitive landscape and technical ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of business processes, applications and appdevelopment.
- Familiarity with the database,application, mobile and collaboration technologies used in CloudComputing (e.g. knowledge of database concepts and SQL,multi-tenancy).
- Salesforce product certifications are aplus (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Developer, andArchitect)
