Customer Experience Center Operations Manager

About the Role
The Customer Experience Center Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the overall operational excellence at the Customer Experience Center (CEC). This includes establishing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships, identifying opportunities for improvements related to customer engagements, and overseeing CEC Tours for various audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer experiences and create memorable WOW moments.
- Establish and maintain relationships with business units and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and maintain the CEC environment, including inventory management and cleanliness.
- Support in administrative tasks and documentation.
Requirements
- Strong background in customer service and relationship-building.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of business units' messaging and strategic objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
