Customer Experience Executive
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Executive to join our team at Phillip Securities Pte Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through proactive and personalized support.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, leveraging digital marketing channels to engage with clients and promote our services.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline with certifications in CMFAS modules (entry-level candidates with no prior work experience are welcome to apply).
- UK Shift required.
- 1 year of experience in customer service or call-center operations is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Organized, independent, and able to multitask, with a strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
- Digital marketing experience in SEM/SEO and social media is preferred.
- Support other related marketing projects and events as required.
