Strategic Talent Development Specialist

This role is critical to our organization's success, as it involves delivering strategic value to clients through data-driven talent solutions and market insights.

The Strategic Talent Development Specialist will focus on crafting futureproof talent strategies that drive innovation and creative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Form a clear picture of the client's organization, challenges, and future state through data analysis and market intelligence gathering.
  • Develop and analyze market knowledge, tooling, and methods to inform talent strategies.
  • Bring together internal insights and external market intelligence to craft compelling talent strategies with clients.
  • Optimize processes, procedures, and precedents to align with client priorities and deliver high-quality results.
  • Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new ideas that meet client needs.

Client/Customer Management

  • Partner with senior leaders, department heads, and HR directors to develop strong relationships and deliver quality client experiences.
  • Diagnose problems, provide advice, and develop solutions with support from subject matter experts.
  • Responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable talent strategies for clients.
  • Connect client stakeholders with subject matter experts for complex issues and create business opportunities.

Administration

  • Utilize ATS systems to ensure compliance and program standards are met.
  • Create advanced reports for internal and external needs to inform client talent advisory strategies.
  • Manage systems under assigned business functions and ensure compliance with program standards.
  • Monitor regular performance scorecards to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Relevant senior experience in a similar advisor role in a global organization.
  • Stakeholder management and client relationship building with department heads and HR directors.
  • Demonstrated track record of understanding client needs and translating them into effective talent advisor strategies.
  • Gathering market insights, analyzing, and creating market reports.
  • Proven track record of innovative client solutions in RPO/MSP and creating business opportunities.
  • Project management, process implementation, and improvement.

Knowledge

  • Extensive knowledge in RPO and/or MSP globally in multiple industries and sectors.
  • Up-to-date with the latest talent advisor trends in the market, innovative tooling, and methods.
  • Employer branding and employer value proposition creation.
