Key Responsibilities:- Identify and nurture high-potential talent through leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Enhance our employer brand and create a workplace where everyone can thrive and achieve their full potential.
- Drive strategies to ensure we have the right leaders in place for today and tomorrow.
- Manage end-to-end processes for young talent programmes, including scholarships and internship schemes.
- Oversee campus outreach efforts and strategy, forging strong relationships with universities to market us as an employer of choice.
- Execute Employer Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives, including marketing assets, social media campaigns, and employer branding events.
- Track, develop, and execute career progression and development plans of high-potential officers.
- Prepare, facilitate, and execute succession plans for key management positions and engineering and technical leadership roles.
- At least 4 years of experience in campus recruitment, talent management, leadership development, or related HR roles.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for developing talent.
