Talent and Learning Specialist

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role that allows you to make a real impact in the world of talent development?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Talent and Learning Specialist, working closely with colleagues across 13 countries to drive the development of our future leaders.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing regional talent pools, developing Next Gen Talent programs, and collaborating with regional and country centers of excellence. You will also ensure alignment with our regional talent strategy and serve as a subject matter expert and ambassador for talent development in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage engagement and development of APAC Talent Pools and Next Gen Talent (including graduates/scholarship programs in Singapore).
  • End-to-end management and delivery of the Next-Gen Talent strategy: attraction campaigns, assessments, selection, and development.
  • Support deployment of global/regional talent initiatives - internal talent mobility & growth platforms for APAC.
  • Collaborate with country HR teams to ensure consistent practices and identify talent gaps.
  • Coordinate leadership development programs and learning interventions.
  • Create communication materials for HR initiatives / internal communication platforms.
  • Collaborate between Global, regional and country Subject Matter experts to bring best practices to our APAC region.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in talent development and management.
