About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans that attract top talent in mid to senior-level positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and delivery
  • Source and engage top talent through various channels, including referrals, headhunting, and social media
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on cultural fit, capability, and potential
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact to offer negotiation
  • Lead diversity hiring initiatives by creating diverse pipelines and inclusive hiring strategies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, specifically in mid to senior-level mandates
  • Demonstrated success in diversity hiring and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Possession of a deep passion for talent, inclusion, and driving business impact through people
