Overview

Unilever Future Leaders Programme - Marketing at Unilever. Location: Singapore. Duration: 3 Years.

Our Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) is about developing tomorrow's leaders, today. The programme provides challenging and purposeful opportunities that accelerate readiness to take on business leadership roles through multiple job rotations. You will learn on the job and have access to carefully selected learning programmes to build leadership and business skills, while gaining experience at one of the world's largest consumer goods companies with brands such as Sunsilk, Lifebuoy, Comfort, Knorr and Ben & Jerry's.

What you will be doing
  • Marketing within our Brand teams, engaging empathetically with consumers, making sense of data and designing and driving campaigns to build demand, brand equity and business.
  • Embark on experiences in core Marketing areas, including brand building and development, developing future-fit plans across the full marketing mix.
  • Manage multiple challenging projects, including collaboration with external creative agencies.
  • Oversee networks for new product launches with the supply chain team and align with the Category team on launches.

What we look for
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Graduates with no formal work experience beyond 24 months upon graduation
