Shaping Singapore's Aviation Future

Changi Airport Group welcomes you to join us in a dynamic team shaping the future of aviation in Singapore.

As part of our Changi East Programme Control Division, you will play a vital role in ensuring that various construction packages are on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities include driving programme packaging, including procurement and contracting strategies, scope and interface management, key change management processes, and cost control management of projects related to the Changi East Development programme.

You will work closely with project managers, contract administrators, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely analysis, visualization, and reporting of programme-wide schedule and costs indicators.


Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Infrastructure and Project Management, Built Environment, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years' of relevant experience in project or contract management of large-scale building or infrastructure projects Those with fewer years of relevant experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager role
  • Proficient in data analytics and visualization applications (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for meaningful data storytelling and preparation of operational dashboards
  • Experience in construction costs estimating, budget, and/or schedule management
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Able to multitask effectively and a good team player
