Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by leading the charge in scaling AI and digital talent. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with our technology business units to drive workforce transformation and foster a culture of innovation and agility.

You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic manpower plans that span on- and off-shore workforce, contractors, outsourced resources, and emerging talent pipelines. Additionally, you will work closely with tech leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, drive workforce transformation, and build future-ready capabilities across the tech ecosystem.

This role requires a forward-thinking and dynamic People & Culture (P&C) Leader who can serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders across tech domains, offering thought leadership on people strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders across tech domains, offering thought leadership on people strategy and execution.
  • Lead workforce transformation, including role redesign and operating model shifts to support digital innovation and AI acceleration.
  • Develop and implement strategic manpower plans that span on- and off-shore workforce, contractors, outsourced resources, and emerging talent pipelines.
  • Drive offshoring and regional workforce strategies to optimize cost, capability, and scalability.
  • Scale AI talent pipelines to support our AI-first ambitions, ensuring the right capabilities are in place to drive innovation and business impact.
  • Build future-ready tech talent by designing capability frameworks, partnering with L&D on targeted programs, and refining career pathways.
  • Champion a high-performance culture through talent and succession planning, performance management, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Collaborate with COEs and Shared Services to ensure seamless delivery of people programs and services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6–8 years of HR leadership experience, preferably supporting technology or digital functions.
  • Strong understanding of AI, data, cybersecurity, and IT talent landscapes.
  • Proven experience in workforce transformation, strategic workforce planning, and capability development.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive change, and operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • High proficiency in data analytics and a strong commercial mindset.
