Job Title: Key Account Business Developer

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role combining client-facing sales with technical program oversight—ideal for those who thrive in high-mix, low-volume engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project-based sales of automation, robotics, and mechatronic systems.
  • Manage customer programs from quotation to delivery—timeline, cost, quality.
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to meet client needs.
  • Conduct plant tours, prepare QMS and RFQ documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term growth.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical sales or project/program management.
  • Familiarity with automation, contract manufacturing, or precision engineering.
  • Strong client management and internal coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (for regional communication).
