Job Title: Key Account Business Development Executive

Brief Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management. A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.

This role involves supporting the sales team in managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships. It also includes assisting in business development activities such as prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, or events to promote products and services.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer enquiries or feedback.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Class 3 with own transport will be added advantage.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
