Senior Business Development Professional

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Business Development Professional to spearhead our growth and expansion into key markets.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the retail design and build industry, combined with excellent communication and strategic thinking skills. You will be instrumental in growing our client base, optimizing brand visibility, and driving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Brand Development: Lead initiatives to enhance our brand presence across target markets, ensuring consistent and impactful exposure through strategic marketing efforts.
  • Market Analysis & Growth Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market and industry analysis to assess market conditions, predict business trends, and determine strategic opportunities to increase market share.
  • Business Opportunity Identification: Proactively seek and pursue new business opportunities by building and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Drive the growth of our organization by winning key contracts and expanding revenue streams.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of potential clients and partners in identified target markets, ensuring the development of long-term business relationships.
  • Effective Communication: Develop compelling, integrated content for both written and verbal communication platforms. Deliver engaging presentations and proposals that reflect our value proposition.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders including design firms, quantity surveyors, landlords, and trade associations, ensuring alignment of objectives and fostering collaborative partnerships.
  • Tender Support: Provide strategic support in reviewing and preparing tenders. Lead and participate in bid interviews, ensuring clear articulation of our strengths and project value.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of working experience preferably in sales techniques in a Retail fit-out/Commercial interior design firm, with experience in managing complex sales cycles with B2B selling processes to multinational companies. Knowledge in interior designing is also an added advantage.
