Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Engage with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Equipment Sales: Present and demonstrate CAPCON equipment solutions to customers, highlighting their advantages and benefits.
  • Channel Management: Manage sales channels and ensure timely delivery of equipment and upgrades to customers.
  • Technical Liaison: Liaise with internal teams and customers on technical matters, respond to complaints, and coordinate internal efforts to resolve customer issues.
  • Project Management: Manage internal teams and processes to ensure on-time delivery of equipment and upgrades.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Semiconductor Assembly Equipment market.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, project management experience, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
