Job Overview

This role is responsible for executing evaluations, managing tasks, and maintaining quality standards. The Assistant Manager, Hotel Training & Quality Assurance will be accountable for conducting quality assurance analysis, planning certification projects, and performing administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing Evaluations: Conduct undercover evaluations, applying standards and guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance Analysis: Review evaluation reports for accuracy, clarity, and consistency with departmental and industry standards.
  • Quality Assurance and Certification Planning: Schedule evaluations, lead certification projects, and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Administrative and Communication Responsibilities: Maintain records, conduct daily briefings, and participate in departmental meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or managerial role, preferably in luxury or hospitality environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality standards, including familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide or similar luxury service standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in technology.
