Job Title: Clinical Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Administrator to join our team at Oriental Remedies East Coast Private Limited. As a Clinical Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing exceptional patient care, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including registration, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient medical records.
  • Patient Care: Deliver top-notch customer service, build sustainable relationships with patients, and maximize sales, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Treatment Coordination: Connect with patients, follow-up, monitor, and continuously assess patients' treatments throughout their recovery process to help them achieve the desired results.
  • Medical Records: Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records and support the clinic's day-to-day operations.
  • Electro-Lymphatic Therapy: Perform ELT to help patients enhance their overall health and wellness.
  • Medication Management: Work with physicians to develop suitable treatment plans and dispense medication as prescribed for every patient.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients about the clinic's products and services effectively.
  • Sanitation and Maintenance: Sanitize, maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the treatment rooms and clinic equipment.
  • Sales and Promotions: Achieve monthly personal and company sales targets without hard selling and assist in monthly or quarterly clinic promotional activities.
Requirements:
  • Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply: We provide training for the right candidate.
  • Preferably 1-2 years sales experience in the retail/healthcare industry: This is a plus, but not required.
  • Preferably candidates with prior healthcare/clinic/massage and spa setting experience: This is a plus, but not required.
  • Candidates with relevant beauty and service-related qualifications: This is a plus, but not required.
  • Able to commence work immediately/on short notice: This is a big plus.
  • Possess great passion and interest in TCM or healthcare industry: This is essential.
  • Able to adapt quickly to situations and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment: This is essential.
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, sales and service-oriented: This is essential.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, independent, compassionate, and has a positive learning attitude: This is essential.
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills: This is essential.
