We are seeking a Temporary Clinic Administrative Assistant to join our team at HMI MEDICAL CENTRE PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with our corporate clients to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including enrolment, invoicing, termination, and data entry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to respond to client inquiries.
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Ability to learn and operate our clinic management system independently after training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good time management skills and ability to commit to a minimum of 3 months, working office hours.
  • Open to polytechnic graduates or those awaiting university enrollment.
  • Hourly rate: $10.
