As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for carrying out clinical and administrative duties, providing guidance to junior doctors, and contributing to the overall success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Duties: You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting clinical assessments, and developing treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Administrative Duties: You will be responsible for managing departmental operations, coordinating with other teams, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our hospital's administrative processes.
- Leadership and Guidance: You will provide guidance and support to junior doctors, helping them to develop their clinical and administrative skills and achieve their full potential.
- Education: You must hold a Basic Medical Degree (M.B.B.S or equivalent) and a relevant post-graduate qualification (such as Masters in Medicine in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) recognized by the Singapore Medical Council.
- Skills: You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
