  • Assist senior lawyers with secretarial duties including document preparation, meeting arrangements and business trip planning
  • Handle client communications, including translation of documents and emails
  • Manage office administration, including liaison with suppliers and service providers
  • Support IT and accounting departments as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a secretary or administrator
  • Proficient in Japanese language (JLPT N1) for communication with Japanese stakeholders and clients
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a law firm as a secretary or administrator
