Grab is seeking a Commercial Team Lead - Food to join our team and drive our food business forward. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of account managers to drive deep engagement with existing and potential new F&B merchants.

You will work closely with stakeholders to achieve business objectives, form strong relationships with partners through collaboration in other Grab verticals, and serve as a cross-functional leader to deliver solutions and initiatives tailored to merchants' pain points and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing account management team to drive deep engagement with existing and potential new F&B merchants
  • Work with the team to achieve team performance as measured by deliveries, GMV, and revenue, as well as forming stronger relationships with partners through collaboration in other Grab verticals such as GrabPay, GrabAds, and GrabExpress
  • Serve as a cross-functional leader and collaborate with different teams to deliver solutions and initiatives tailored to merchants' pain points and growth objectives

This role will report to the Head, Commercial, Managed Accounts (Food). Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business / Management or equivalent
  • Passionate about people leadership with proven experience leading/hiring/building high performing teams
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in account management, business development, partnerships, or equivalent role, and with at least 2 years leading a team
