The successful candidate will be responsible for handling full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, excluding payroll. Key responsibilities include managing the full cycle of recruitment process for non-executives, planning and executing employee engagement events, collaborating with cross-functional teams to organize team-building activities and recognition programs, administering employee benefits, providing employee relations support, processing new hires and terminations in HRIS/DMS system, maintaining the HR database, drafting and updating documents including employee handbook, forms, SOP, policies, and other HR-related documents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full cycle of recruitment process for non-executives, including sourcing, posting job advertisement, interview coordination, etc.
- Plan and execute employee engagement events to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize team-building activities and recognition programs that promote teamwork and motivation.
- Administer employee benefits, including insurance update and claims, to ensure compliance with company policies and employment law.
- Provide employee relations support, including clarification on claims and leave entitlements updates, administration of referral programs, etc., to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Process new hires, employee changes, and terminations in HRIS/DMS system, benefits administration, and other similar duties to ensure accurate and timely data management.
- Maintain the HR database, employee records, and filing of documents and training updates to ensure easy access to information and compliance with company policies and employment law.
- Possess a Degree/Diploma in HR/Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of related HR experience, preferably in an MNC environment.
- Prior exposure from Logistic industry is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office and possess strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness to develop and learn new skills to adapt to changing business needs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with good knowledge of employment law and regulations.
