The role of Customer Success Representative is a highly rewarding position that requires a unique blend of skills and qualities. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients by providing them with exceptional service and support.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and outside the box.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of what drives customer loyalty and retention. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.

In terms of salary, we offer a competitive package that includes a base salary of SGD 48,000 per annum, plus a performance-based bonus of up to 20% of base salary. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
