Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled hospitality professional to oversee our dining operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and lead by example.

This role requires a deep understanding of food and beverage operations, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and wine recommendations. Key responsibilities include floor planning, guest seating and table management to optimize turnover and satisfaction.

A key aspect of this role is developing and maintaining our wine program, including stock rotation, storage and wine list curation. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling guest feedback and resolving service issues promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations, with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. A WSET Level 1 Award in Wines (or higher) is required, as well as a solid knowledge of wine service, food pairing and basic wine regions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • WSET Level 1 Award in Wines (or higher)
