
Member Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Member Support Specialist.
This multi-faceted role is crucial for the successful launch and ongoing operation of our studio. You will be responsible for driving memberships, engaging our community through marketing efforts, and ensuring a seamless experience for all members.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales & Membership Acquisition: Promote and sell FS8 memberships, packages, and merchandise to prospective and current members.
- Conduct engaging studio tours and provide comprehensive information about FS8 classes, benefits, and pricing.
- Follow up with leads (in-person, phone, email) to convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in the execution of local marketing initiatives and campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive traffic to the studio.
- Manage and create engaging content for the studio's social media platforms under guidance, including posting schedules, stories, and interacting with followers.
- Support the planning and execution of in-studio events, workshops, and challenges to foster a strong community.
- Gather member testimonials and feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for all members and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
- Warmly greet members, check them into classes, and assist with any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage class bookings, cancellations, and waitlists efficiently.
- Process payments, manage retail sales, and maintain accurate transaction records.
Our ideal candidate has proven experience in a customer service, sales, or front desk role, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry. They should have strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Proficiency in social media management and content creation for business purposes is also essential.
