Senior HR Business Partner

TP ICAP is a world-leading provider of market infrastructure, and we're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Advisory function, you'll partner with senior regional management, stakeholders, and HR Centres of Excellence to drive the delivery of our people strategy and implement change through people-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the delivery of our people strategy to enable the Group to achieve its strategic vision and objectives.
- Advise senior management on people-related programmes and provide guidance to the HR Advisory function on translating business requirements into people solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Work proactively with assigned client groups to implement the strategic HR plan and act as an escalation point for regional HR matters.
- Discuss, challenge, and agree resource requirements with the Head of Advisory to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with regional HR COEs and the broader HR function to deliver as one team.
- Understand people challenges, coaching and training requirements, and drive appropriate interventions.
- Advise and support HRBPs with requirements of their client groups, including due diligence on contractual terms, organisational design, departmental restructures, and change management activities.
- Provide advice on occupational health issues, seeking specialist support, and initiating Permanent Health Insurance processes in accordance with policy.
- An experienced HR professional with broad HR experience in Financial Services.
- Collaborative individual with previous experience in developing teams.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the organisation.
- Strong operational and management ability.
- Extensive experience in change management and ability to positively influence business decisions.
- Adaptive and experienced change partner who can examine 'the way we do things around here' and propose changes.
- Natural collaborator who works effectively across the network, builds, and maintains strong stakeholder support.
- Shows persistence and determination to move ahead in the face of overt resistance without irreparable damage to relationships.
- Willing to roll up sleeves and take a very hands-on approach.
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and driven, bringing significant energy and excitement to the leadership team along with commitment to the journey.
- Good commercial acumen and an appreciation of the influence and contribution that talent/leadership can have on business performance.
- Unflappable and at the same time able to demonstrate empathy, having 'seen it all before'.
