Job Summary

As a key member of the KANRY SEARCH SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. team, the Senior HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's HR strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Additionally, the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing payroll processing, ensuring accurate statutory filings, and managing employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate statutory filings (IR21, IR8A, CPF, etc.).
  • Handle employee relations, performance appraisals, and grievance management.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and MOM regulations.
  • Support training, development initiatives, and talent retention strategies.
  • Manage office administration and vendor relationships.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits when required.
