Job Title: Senior Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Specialist to join our team at Stryker Singapore Private Limited. As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and implementing local sales strategies and execution in line with country objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
  • Provide regular market and competitor updates, sharing findings about market trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key hospital stakeholders, including hospital senior management, procurement, and surgeon KOLs.
  • Forecast stock requirements based on market feedback and quotations.
  • Assist in overseeing sales territories not within coverage if needed.
  • Prepare sales performance analyses, including sales results, forecast, and critical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, codes, and local laws.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the product team on executing new product launches, obsolescence, and recalls.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on understanding Singapore market needs.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including trade shows and other key events and promotions.
  • Conduct regular product in-service and product presentations to customers.
  • Manage HCP interactions, ensuring compliance is adhered.
  • Ensure training records are kept and logged within the QMS.

Compliance Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the compliance culture and philosophy of the company, ensuring the business is kept abreast and aligned to the highest code of ethics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore market and its needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
