Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and foster strong customer connections for revenue growth and retention.
  • Provide pre-sales assistance, after-sales support, and quotations to customers.
  • Prepare sales visits, maintain customer contact databases, and update project status/activity reports as required by immediate supervisors.
  • Organize meetings and workshops/trainings with customers for Management and Product Marketing teams.

  • Maintain a sound technical/application knowledge base on all products.
