Industrial Automation Solutions Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Automation Solutions Consultant to join our team. As an Industrial Automation Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for working with clients to understand their operational challenges and develop comprehensive solutions that meet their needs.

Becoming a Trusted Partner:

To excel in this role, you must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to listen to client needs and translate them into actionable, value-driven solutions. You should also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

In addition, you will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and deeply understand clients' strategic goals and current industrial automation technology systems. You will also be responsible for creating comprehensive solutions by integrating our software, including tools for predictive maintenance, process simulation, AI-powered analytics, and real-time performance monitoring.

Sharping Strategic Solutions:

You will deliver engaging technical presentations and software demonstrations to various audiences, explaining how our solutions address specific customer needs. This requires a consultative approach, with the ability to listen to client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.

You will work cross-functionally with our internal teams—sales, product management, and engineering—to ensure seamless project delivery and customer success. Additionally, you will keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in industrial automation, AI, IoT, and smart manufacturing.

Staying Current with Technology:
  • 6-10 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as a solutions consultant or a client success manager within industrial or manufacturing software;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to listen to client needs and translate them into actionable, value-driven solutions;
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • A strong understanding of industrial automation manufacturing operations and how different technologies can be strategically combined to solve complex business problems;
  • Solid grasp of industrial software for areas like predictive maintenance, process simulation, industrial AI/Machine Learning, or IoT platforms.
