About the Role:
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement safety and automation solutions across industrial applications through meticulous planning, coordination, and execution.
- Provide comprehensive training, technical support, and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues affecting partners, customers, and internal teams.
- Lead implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution of issues by coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Develop system solutions, proposals, bid responses, and technical presentations that meet customer needs and showcase product capabilities.
- Support solution integration through site visits, requirement specifications, documentation, and testing plans, driving innovation and improving overall efficiency.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as software, electronics, or engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in industrial safety, controllers, or automation systems implementation, with a strong foundation in problem-solving and hands-on technical skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering diagrams, troubleshoot electrical/production issues, and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal), with willingness to travel 15-30% for project requirements.
- Technical certifications or licenses preferred; knowledge of machine learning/AI is highly valued.
