Automation Solutions Expert

The role involves working closely with clients to understand their automation needs and recommending suitable solutions. You will be responsible for preparing technical quotations, product presentations, and proposals that meet the client's requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with the engineering and operations team to ensure smooth project handovers.
A key part of this role is developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and support. This includes keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends. When necessary, you may also attend on-site meetings and participate in travel-related activities.
To be successful in this position, you will need a diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Relevant work experience in technical sales or automation is also essential. Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Training will be provided to support your professional development.
