Automation Expert Wanted

We seek a seasoned automation specialist to spearhead our industrial automation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.

  • Develop and implement automation strategies to optimize industrial processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate automation systems.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize automation systems for performance, reliability, and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Mechatronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with good academic results and/or relevant experience from FYP or internship are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in Industrial Automation, Machine Tools, or any other related field/industry is required for this position.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in general automation, motion control, or robotics, with hands-on experience in automation implementation (mechanical assembly, basic electrical/pneumatic systems, sensor integration, etc).
  • Technical expertise in machining, NC programming, CAM, and/or machining automation is a strong advantage.
  • Familiar with PLC Programming.
  • Basic knowledge/experience in programming (with Python and/or C#/C++).
  • Knowledge of BOM management, procurement processes, and engineering documentation.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (customers, vendors, cross-functional teams).
  • Willingness to travel for customer support and project commissioning.
