Responsibilities
  • Process monthly payroll and overtime payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle employee work pass applications and cancellations efficiently.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • E nsure timely tax clearance for employees and manage insurance claims for medical and accident incidents.
  • Perform general office administrative duties, such as filing, organizing, and managing office supplies and stock.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. If you have a minimum Diploma in Human Resource or a related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.
