Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Events Manager to join our team at A OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating sales and events activities to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales and events strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Identify and pursue sales and events opportunities, forecasting projected business and establishing targeted sales goals.
  3. Support sales operations and general business policies, interacting with managers and employees to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  4. Develop and submit detailed budgets for sales and events activities, recommending selling prices and monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  5. Provide recommendations to operations and management for improving the quality of sales programs, maintaining a positive relationship with employees and managers.
  6. Achieve sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  7. Prepare and complete action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, and determining system improvements.
  8. Sustain relationships with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities.
  9. Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  10. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  11. Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections and continually assess marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales.
  12. Stay up-to-date on current market trends and perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Sales and Events or business administration degrees.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and events management.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Excellent computer skills.
  5. Strong financial planning and budgetary skills.
  6. Confident and dynamic personality.
  7. Strong analytical and project management skills.
  8. Good in Strategic Marketing concepts and creative services.
  9. Good business awareness including external markets and competitor positions.
  10. High coaching skills to maintain a positive and supportive role with Restaurant Managers and teams.
  11. Highly cooperative team spirit.
Physical Requirements

The job of the Events Manager may require long working hours and frequent visits to different lounge locations.
