Job Summary
This role will play a key part in supporting the NTUC's efforts to build capacity in its member unions and organisations through training, resource sharing and networking opportunities.
Responsibilities include managing logistics for conferences and workshops, developing promotional materials, coordinating with speakers and presenters, and providing administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for conferences and workshops, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of results.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to reach target audiences, using various media channels and techniques.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, presentations, reports, and other documents as necessary.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed, including maintaining records, handling correspondence, and performing data entry tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Must have experience in events management, coordination and administration, preferably with a background in human resources or business administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as is proficiency in MS Office software, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also desired, along with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
