This individual contributor role is based in Singapore and reports directly to the Chief People Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for furthering business and organisational growth through the use of HR/People data, working closely with stakeholders within and beyond HR (e.g., HRBP, CoE, Finance). They will serve as an internal consultant, providing observable trends, descriptive analytics, diagnostic, predictive analytics, and proposing recommendations in an intelligible manner.

The Group People Analytics Lead Partner will act as a data steward, monitoring and collaborating with related departments to ensure the accuracy and currency of people data, determining its relevance to driving business strategies/solutions. They must possess expertise in major HR Information Systems, data reporting metrics, and visualisation software on the market (e.g., Workday/SAP, SuccessFactors, Tableau). Effective communication of sophisticated information into comprehensible, actionable ideas is equally important.

A thorough understanding of business needs and analytical skills is necessary to drive decision-making and contribute to organisational success.
