Job Description:

">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

- Manage the LMS and ensure content is up-to-date and accessible">

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or related field">
- Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or training roles">
- Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies">
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs">
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)">
- Excellent communication and presentation skills">
- Strong organizational and project management skills">
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications">
