We are looking for a driven, resourceful, committed, creative and independent individual to join our team Join a fast-growing SME and have a fruitful, hands-on experience with close mentorship Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain the culture we want to create.
**Responsibilities**:
1.) Learning and Development
Plan, coordinate and facilitate training courses such as employee orientation, in-house training programmes
Work with cross-dept trainers to deliver in-house training programmes
Source & coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training vendors to meet training needs
Handle training administration for both internal and external courses
Collect and evaluate feedback from learners on training effectiveness
2.) Performance Management
Plan and execute performance management process
Support succession planning process e.g. identify key talents & their development areas with department leads
Support leadership development through administration of 360 assessment & feedback tools
Administration of 360 assessment & feedback tools and employee engagement survey
Analyse employee engagement data to identify areas of improvement
Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers
3.) HR General Functions
Support HR operations in Singapore and Malaysia and work processes including recruitment and selection, staff benefits & welfare

- proficient in MS Word, Excel, PPT and technology in general
- Has a minimum of 2 years of working experience in HR / learning and development / programme coordination
- Excellent problem solving, time management and organisation skills
- Meticulous
- Able to adapt to a fast paced and changing work environment
- ability to handle sensitive information
- able to portray oneself as an extension of the company professionally through one’s attire and speech
Location(s): Tampines Branch
Working Hours:
5 day work week
Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm
*may switch from 1 weekday to 1 weekend for weekends with training programmes
**Salary**: $1.00 per month
