We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join the Learning & Development team, under Airport Management cluster. He/she would be responsible to design, implement and evaluate relevant learning and development initiatives to support the cluster’s business objectives.
In this role, the individual would be expected to drive professional, personal and team development. In addition, he/she would support business units within the Airport Management cluster to identify learning needs and provide in-house consultancy to help them design/execute learning activities.
The role would challenge the individual to gather buy-in from a wide range of stakeholders, including operational teams and senior management; generate excitement for learning & development; and facilitate various workshops/classes/events. Confidence in speaking before an audience and ability to communicate effectively would be essential for this role.
Key responsibilities
- Partner key stakeholders across Airport Management cluster to analyse learning needs and propose suitable learning initiatives.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to curate and/or design learning interventions and materials, leveraging various training approaches.
- Coordinate and manage L&D programmes across the cluster, including the Airside Professional Shift Team programme and other core technical competency training/refresher programmes.
- Design, develop and implement programmes that support the different aspects of employees' development, including their well-being.
- Track and monitor learning effectiveness metrics to evaluate L&D programmes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Learning management for AM cluster, taking a proactive approach to maintain currency and familiarity with the company-wide learning management system, policies and compliance, budgeting and procurement, and reporting of learning data.
Preferred Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage people across different seniority levels and backgrounds.
- Experience with the aviation sector (including familiarity with airside operations and the airfield) is required, with prior experience and knowledge of instructional design in the L&D industry advantageous.
