Your RoleAs a Ground Product Manager, your primary responsibility will be to achieve country growth targets for ground product in line with regional and global strategies.
You will support country product development and provide expertise on major opportunities to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and integrated into solutions.
Collaborate with the Ground Country Product Team to develop capabilities and facilitate CEVA product synergies and upsell.
- Use a consultative sales process based on needs satisfaction selling to sell CEVA's Ground and Rail services to assigned or targeted accounts.
- Schedule and conduct the number of sales calls per week as mandated.
- Maintain and manage several target accounts with opportunity for revenue at all levels as approved or directed by Management in consultation with Ground BD Leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in business or supply chain and logistics, or an equivalent field. Fluent English communication skills are necessary, along with experience working across ground and other products in the country.
A strong background in account management and handling is essential, as well as in-depth knowledge of local and international logistics industries.
