Job Title

A Senior Ground Investigation Professional is required to ensure the successful execution of ground investigation works on various job sites.


About the Job
  • Conduct thorough inspections of soil investigation and instrumentation works, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
  • Lead on-site supervision and coordination, fostering effective collaboration with contractors and site teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Carry out comprehensive inspections of ERSS works, D-wall installation, site investigations, shotcrete, rockbolt placement, controlled blasting, and soil instrumentation works.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of site work progress, including instrumentation readings and fieldwork records/logs.
  • Continuously assess the impact of ground investigation works on site and coordinate with contractors to mitigate any risks to dam safety when necessary.

Requirements
  • Possession of relevant qualifications in a related field, such as geotechnical engineering or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in ground investigation and construction management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven ability to lead on-site supervision and coordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with site teams and contractors.
