Job Description: As a Restaurant Operations Specialist, you will oversee the implementation of standards as detailed in the departmental standards and procedures manual. Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Restaurant Manager on promotional material aimed at increasing revenue, covers, and profit for the restaurant.
  • Conduct monthly staff meetings to ensure all management projects, policies, new products, and staff movements are notified and documented.
  • Support the superior in developing departmental standards and procedures to promote salesmanship, beverage creativity, and profit.
  • Implement promotions calendars for F&B products in restaurants.
  • Anticipate market changes and review operations when necessary.
  • Familiarize yourself with property safety, first aid, and fire and emergency procedures.
  • Daily briefings and attending other Food and Beverage meetings as scheduled.
Requirements:
  • Be familiar with hotel brand standards.

  • Work with superiors in the preparation and management of the department's objectives.
